MANILA — Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez is set to release her latest single, “Lahat Ay Kayang Gawin,” this Friday, May 9.
Via a social media post, Velasquez also promoted the heartwarming song composed by Inspirational Diva Jamie Rivera under ABS-CBN Music’s Inspire Music.
In a video released by Star Music on Tuesday, Rivera said that the song is dedicated to all moms in time for Mother’s Day.
“This song ‘Lahat Ay Kayang Gawin’ is my personal experience. But my thinking was different when I was doing it. I was thinking about Regine Velasquez and then Nate. Although we have almost the same experiences, because Nate is an only child, and my child is also just one. So I know very well, somehow what a mother goes through. It’s hard to be a mother,” Rivera said. “So everything I see, everything I watch, how mothers sacrifice, I put it together,” Rivera added.
Back in 2023, Rivera said she hopes to work with Velasquez.
“I really want to produce him if he’s willing,” Rivera said in “Magandang Buhay.”
For her part, Velasquez said it will be an honor to work with Rivera.
