Actress and host Kris Aquino says sorry to the family of her former partner.

In an Instagram post, Kris Aquino shared her thoughts after her ex-boyfriend’s son defended his father against rumors and misinformation.

Dr. Mike Padlan was the doctor boyfriend of Kris Aquin, but their relationship did not last. In February, Kris stated that she has no boyfriend, suggesting that their relationship ended. She implied that he did not love her.

However, the doctor’s son reacted to these claims and defended his father against rumors and misinformation following her post going viral. Kris edited the post and clarified some things for the sake of other people close to her who were affected by her post.

She wrote, “M and M made me smile, laugh, and value life’s simple pleasures.”

Recently, in a new post, she shared a series of cards where her thoughts were written about their relationship in the past. The last post she shared was accordingly written by an angry ex-girlfriend, but she stressed that she did not lie.

Kris shared that he was paid as her doctor despite their relationship, but there were instances that he would always travel to pull off a surprise visit for her.

“I didn’t ask for him to check on me, I would just be surprised that he’d be there. Those visits weren’t paid for, nag abono pa nga sya. Doc Mike I APOLOGIZE for NOT STATING THIS IN MY EARLIER POST,” she added.

Despite their split, she opts to remember the happy moments. She recalled that what they had was a “different kind” of courtship and the moments he made her feel safe. She was also close to his relatives and had moments of bonding with the children.

She expressed her sadness about how her previous post affected the children.

Kris wrote: “Mama Kris is VERY SORRY for making you angry and sad because of what i posted. I was wrong in not considering the impact it would have on both of you. You both brought sunshine and laughter when i most needed it. I know i am no longer deserving to be your mama Kris.”
