Cat Ordoñez
Media had a field day with the rumor that Manny Pacquiao had an affair with 22-year-old culinary student Cat Ordoñez. This gossip broke out in 2011, with claims that Cat’s boyfriend was actually Manny’s former assistant—not Pacquiao himself. Cat had a baby boy, and rumors swirled that Pacquiao was the father. These intensified when photos circulated online showing Manny holding the baby during a baptism on September 17, 2011 at St. Francis DSCC Church.
However, it was later revealed that Pacquiao was simply one of the godfathers. The story appeared to be a smear campaign against the boxer and his family.

Valerie Concepcion
Valerie Concepcion, a former TV host and actress, was also linked to Pacquiao after starring with him in the film Anak ng Kumander—a 2007 entry in the Metro Manila Film Festival. Jinkee became extremely jealous after seeing their on-screen kiss. She even reportedly sent Valerie a text message saying:
“This is Jinkee Pacquiao. I saw you on TV with my husband in a kissing scene. How sweet. If you’re planning to ruin my family, I won’t back down. Maybe you want me to confront you at work and announce your shamelessness. I heard you’re looking for a house. Is it money you want? Try it, and I will fight you.”
Valerie was shocked by the message and didn’t respond, unsure if it really came from Jinkee. Manny’s close friend later denied that Jinkee sent such a message.

Ara Mina
Sexy actress Ara Mina was also rumored to have had a relationship with Pacquiao. This started after their collaboration on the same film, Anak ng Kumander. Ara denied the rumor, though she admitted that Manny made advances toward her during filming.
Jinkee was reportedly jealous of Ara, but clarified she wasn’t the cause of their frequent fights, saying Ara’s name only surfaced due to their film together. Ara also angrily denied allegations that Manny gave her a house and luxury car, insisting all her possessions were the result of her own hard work.

Krista Ranillo
In 2009, rumors erupted that a romance was blossoming between Manny and young starlet Krista Ranillo. They co-starred in the movie Wapakman. Krista denied claims that she was pregnant by Manny, though a viral video surfaced of him driving a sports car in the U.S. with a mystery woman in the passenger seat hiding her face—speculated not to be Jinkee.
The video was posted on November 3, 2009, while Jinkee reportedly arrived in the U.S. on November 9. Following his victory over Miguel Cotto, a video showed Jinkee crying during a thanksgiving Mass. Rumors swirled that Manny and Krista were seen together in the U.S. and Baguio.
Another clip allegedly showed them heading to a Jimmy Kimmel Live taping in a Mercedes-Benz. Both parties denied any relationship, though Manny admitted his marriage was going through a rough patch at the time. Jinkee’s jealousy toward Krista was so intense that she once said, “I hate her. She didn’t consider that the man has a family.”

Krista eventually married Filipino-American businessman Jefferson Lim and now has children.

Joanna Rose Bacosa
In 2006, Joanna Rose Bacosa claimed she had a relationship with Pacquiao after meeting him at the Pan Pacific Hotel where she worked as a waitress and billiards hall staff. She claimed they had a child together and showed a birth certificate and family photos to TV5. She also claimed she filed for financial support, and Pacquiao’s camp allegedly offered ₱500,000 and ₱10,000 monthly to avoid a court case.
She was made to sign a paper agreeing not to proceed with the case but was never given a copy. Pacquiao later dismissed the issue, calling it an old trick and saying she was only after money and using the child for leverage.

Angelica Scheng (Angelica “Angelicopter”)
Radio DJ Angelica was also rumored to be pregnant with Pacquiao’s child, which allegedly led to her disappearance from the show Good Times with Mo. She denied the allegations, explaining that she had taken time off for a trip to Palawan. She clarified that she only interviewed Manny a few times and they had no personal relationship.
These controversies reportedly strengthened her faith in God. Perhaps, this is one reason Manny himself changed religions—to find peace and avoid further temptation. Still, religion alone doesn’t determine whether a person will change for the better. We all have free will to choose between right and wrong.
