Queen of All Media Kris Aquino has revealed another health challenge while continuing her recovery in the Philippines.

In an emotional Instagram Reel, the TV host-actress shared an update on her condition while candidly documented moments from her ongoing treatment.

The video showed visible rashes and bruises on her body, as well as her son, Bimby, carefully assisting her while she walked and sat on her bed.

Kris Aquino candidly shared some private moments of her ongoing treatment while revealing her rashes and bruises spotted on her body. Her son Bimby was also seen in the video, carefully assisting his celebrity mom.

In the captions, the actress revealed, “I have a Lupus Flare fever now. It’s been more than 2 weeks.” Kris then asked for continuous prayers as she faced symptoms fatigue, joint pain, and rashes.

Friends and followers flooded the comment section with messages of support, wishing her a speedy recovery.

At this writing, Kris Aquino’s reel has garnered 1.4 million views and 55,000 likes on Instagram.

 

 

This is one of the few updates that Kris Aquino gave her followers since she made her first public appearance in years, last February. At the time, she attended PeopleAsia’s People of the Year 2025 to support her close friend, designer Michael Leyva. Despite gracing the event, Kris admitted she felt “not so okay” and experienced dizziness.

Kris Aquino previously shared that she had to remain in isolation due to her weakened immune system. Despite these challenges, Kris continues to fight with the unwavering support of her family and loved ones.
