For those who missed the live performance, highlights from the concert, including the emotional duet, are available online, allowing fans worldwide to partake in this unforgettable event

Zsa Zsa Padilla and Dolphy’s duet of “Ikaw Na Nga” was a blast at the climax of Divine Diva’s Through The Years concert on May 17, 2025, Saturday night, at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Ayala Malls Circuit, Makati City.

And they even danced!

Of course, Dolphy was AI (artificial intelligence) who sang on the LED screen.

The Comedy King of Philippine Movies, who was Zsa Zsa’s ex, passed away in 2012. Dolphy’s background while singing was like a door to heaven. There were clouds.

The dance number between Pidol and Zsa Zsing was also seen on the LED screen, which ended with a tight hug.

AI Dolphy’s message was, “Hi guy, I love you all. Lovey, I love you and I miss you. Huh, senior na, nagko concert ka pa rin.

“Why do I remember when I became a senior, I seemed to have shrunk. Why are you, you are so beautiful and divine that your beauty is still divine?”

AI Dolphy toasted Banayad whiskey, until his face morphed and the entirety of his daughter Epy Quizon appeared.

Zsa Zsa confessed that the video of her and Dolphy’s production number was two years in the making but they still weren’t perfect.

“Anyway, it was a good effort. You know, thank you, Epy, for bringing back all the good memories of your dad,” Zsa Zsa said.

“And of course, Dolphy… thank you very much for the unconditional love. You know after he passed away it took a while for me to get to sing this song again…” Zsa Zsa was referring to the song “Hiram.”

Zsa Zsa also said: “Making the most of it… you know life is short… The lesson learned is, let us not delay joy.”

THROUGH THE YEARS CONCERT
This Through The Years was supposed to be Zsa Zsa’s 40th anniversary concert in 2023.

But as her eldest daughter Karylle joked, in true diva fashion, the 40th anniversary concert was delayed by two years, and now it’s the 42nd anniversary.

Before the duet with Dolphy, Zsa Zsa sang “Kabiyak,” which she dedicated to Architect Conrad Onglao, whom she called “My kabiyak.”

Conrad even went on stage at the end of the song and gave Zsa Zsa a tender kiss.

After Conrad’s exit, Zsa Zsa’s explosive duet with Dolphy began, which was followed by a dance.

Next up was Zsa Zsa singing “Hiram.”

Afterwards, the crowd stood up while applauding.

Zsa Zsa’s statement: “As I enter the last quarter of my career, of my life, I’m truly filled with gratitude for the incredible journey that has shaped me into the artist and person that I am today.

“The people, the experiences, the lessons have all contributed to my journey and I am thankful for all of you who have been there for me through the years.

“Now with renewed excitement, I am embracing this new chapter where I am more or less free to do things that will make me happy.

“Because it’s different. Just chill! As we head on to an exciting life, more creativity, inspiration, contentment, and of course hope.”Zsa Zsa’s real name is Esperanza, which means hope.

Zsa Zsa added: “Now here’s to many more years filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Thank you very much, thank you very much.”

Zsa Zsa’s final number was “Through The Years.”

Her exit was quick. Conrad would give her a bouquet of flowers, with a matching kiss of course.

Her encore number, a song that made her a multi-platinum artist… “We’re All Alone,” followed immediately.

In all fairness, Zsa Zsa held her own.

Regine Velasquez, who cried so much while watching her, said that Zsa Zs is amazing. She said that Zsa Zsa’s recording made her shiver because the Divine Diva’s very distinct voice was still there.

Ogie Alcasid also said, “Zsa, you were simply amazing last night. All of us enjoyed your beautiful show. You are very good and very beautiful!!! The one next to me was crying so much during the concert. Hehe.

“Happy anniversary and happy birthday to the sweetest, kindest, most lovable, and uber talented Ms. Zsa Zsa Padilla we love you!!

“Congrats to Direk Rowell [Santiago] for a superb show and to our dear Homer Flores!!! Awesome!!”As a writer and friend of Zsa Zsa all these years, we are happy to see Zsa Zsa HAPPY.

She is such a gifted performer, a beautiful person, one of the kindest, most grounded people in our industry … WE JUST LOVE HER!!!

Last night’s 3-in-1 show — her 40+ Anniversary in the Music Scene, Mother’s Day, and Birthday — was a testament to Zsa Zsa’s enduring commitment to her artistry and her audience.

Keep on singing, Zshing! (Keep on acting too — you’re such a good actress…)

Keep sharing your talents, ZsaZshing, we are always here to support you!!!

FAVORITE NUMBERS
My favorite numbers last night were her numbers “Could We” and “Used To Be” with Gary Valenciano; “You’ll Be In My Heart” with Zsa Zsa’s daughters Karylle and Zia; and when she claimed the song “Mula Sa Puso” that she was the original singer.

The song from the 1989 movie My Darling Domestic (Da Greyt Iskeyp) by her and Tito Dolphy was not promoted because many people did not accept their controversial team-up at the time.

Very humbly, Zsa Zsa would say that Jude Michael made the song popular when it was revived and became a teleserye theme song. But yeah, where is Jude Michael now?

But with all these, I really hope Zsa Zsa continues to sing because she has contributed so much to her talent, goodness and yes, happiness (if only people knew, she’s a very classy diva onstage but she’s also a cowboy and a jolog, right?)

Isn’t that right, Tito Gorgy?

If I remember right, the duo of Dolphy and Zsa Zsa Padilla was popular in the 1987 movies Mga Anak ni Facifica Falayfay and Black Magic.

After they parted ways, they made the 1989 movie My Darling Domestic (Da Greyt Iskeyp), which they didn’t promote.

Many people’s sympathy at the time was with Alma Moreno.

That’s why Director Joey Gosiengfiao had already finished Alma’s Regal movie Virginia P. — originally titled The Rape of Virginia P. — which was a box office dud when it was released.

At Zsa Zsa’s Through The Years concert last Saturday, while she was singing “Mula Sa Puso”, snippets of her movies were shown.

Including some scenes with Dolphy in My Darling Domestic (Da Greyt Iskeyp).

As mentioned, Through The Years is Zsa Zsa’s 42nd anniversary concert.

It’s a belated Mother’s Day (May 11, 2025) presentation, so her number with two daughters Karylle and Zia is heartbreaking.

Of course, her other daughter, Nicole, was mentioned by name.

May 28 is Zsa Zsa’s birthday.

During Zsa Zsa’s encore number “We’re All Alone”, she approached the audience.

Many shook her hand, hugged her, kissed her, or took pictures with her. At the same time, there were those who took pictures with Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez.
