Kris Aquino to ex-husband James Yap: ‘You are no use to Bimb. We have no ‘power’ so why are you still clinging to me?’

Kris Aquino shared her reaction to ex-husband James Yap’s birthday message for their son Bimby Aquino Yap in a music video and a long message.

Yesterday, April 19, Bimby celebrated his 11th birthday.

Through Instagram, James congratulated his son, whom he said he hasn’t seen in a long time. But he said he thinks about him every day. Today, April 20, Kris posted a video on her Instagram account containing quotes aimed at James, and photos of her with her sons Bimby and Josh.

The background music used by the 47-year-old TV host-actress was “Look What You Made Me Do” by Taylor Swift.

In the caption of her Instagram post, Kris sent a long message to James.

Here, Kris revisited James’ interviews about his ex-wife allegedly denying him time to be with their child.

He began, “Now we’re even, I can’t accuse you of power tripping.

“I’VE BEEN SILENT FOR SO LONG- even when you crossed the line when promoting that bar you are part owner of- you spoke up & the video that Bimb himself watched is on PEP ‘losing the will to make an effort to be a father to Bimb because it’s not appreciated.’”

The video Kris was referring to was the exclusive interview by PEP.ph senior writer Arniel Serato with James on August 17, 2017 and was published the next day, August 18.

Kris continued, “IT’S A DEBT… flashback 2013- you were trying hard to cry (I say trying hard because there were no tears, just snot) in your interview on TV Patrol because I ‘deprived’ Bimb of you…

“Oh yeah, of course you wasted your time 5 years ago- because Tito was still in Malacañang ”

Kris is the sister of former President Noynoy Aquino, who was in office from 2010 to 2016. The former presidential daughter and sister said, “When asked why you didn’t share in Bimb’s tuition, your ‘excuse’ was that you didn’t consult when he transferred school…

“I followed the annulment compromise financial agreement of 2011 w/c gave you millions; in 2014 we signed a compromise child support, you only paid half of Bimb’s education once- after the signing.”

Kris also chastised James about the issue of Bimby being “scared”.

She said, “When Bimb saw the post that BINASTOS said he was ‘scared’, he shrugged it off & said: ‘Mom- who cares? My own biological dad said that about me in court & he’s said it so many other times?’

“I’m still quiet about that because I feel- don’t bother us, let’s be peaceful… You’re so annoying w/ your birthday post.”

After this, Kris answered the question of why James and Bimby don’t see each other.

She turned to her ex-husband: “So why aren’t you seeing each other?

“It’s as simple as that- you’re of no use to Bimb. We don’t have ‘power’ anymore so why are you still following me?

“Easy if you want. Bincai is your Facebook sibling.

“That very kind family from Iloilo that’s like your 2nd family is still close to you, Ate and Pinky…”

According to Kris, “you are missing out on experiencing what a caring, generous, polite & lovable boy Bimb is- and it is your LOSS.

“I am ready to be bashed for washing our dirty laundry (of course w/ Ariel Antibac w/ the power of Safeguard) on IG BUT this mother has had it w/ half truths & hypocrisy & she needed to make a stand for truth.”

Kris ended her message with the hashtag “#lookwhatyoumademedo”
