Meryll is the daughter of Maricel’s sister BecBec Soriano.

Becbec was the former girlfriend of TV host Willie Revillame.

Meryll is the result of their love affair.

This New Year, Meryll announced that she has a new baby.

The father is her remarried boyfriend Joem Bascon.

In the actress’s post on Instagram this Monday, January 4, she said that her “Mommy 2” Maricel came to their house as a surprise.

Meryll’s message in the caption, “Surprise visit from Mommy 2. First visitor!

“We love you, Mommy 2. (three heart emojis)”On January 2, Meryll first announced that she had introduced her newborn baby to her father Willie.

It seems that Meryll and Willie met before Christmas.

She announced this by posting a photo of her eldest child, Elijah, 13, holding her new sibling while sitting on the sofa near their Christmas tree.

Elijah is Meryll’s son with ex-husband Bernard Palanca. On her Instagram Stories, Meryll also revealed when she gave birth to her new baby.

According to her, her delivery was a normal delivery and it has been two weeks since she gave birth.

The actress said, “THROUGHOUT MY PREGNANCY, I WORKED OUT.

“AT 38, I WAS DETERMINED TO GET MY BODY READY FOR GIVING BIRTH.

“ALL MY HARD WORK PAID OFF. NORMAL BIRTH DELIVERY.

“I’M PROUD OF THIS.

“2 WEEKS POST-PARTUM.”
Meryll’s friends and fans were both surprised and delighted by her good news this New Year.

It was not publicly known that the 38-year-old actress was pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby.

Meryll and Joem were in a relationship for a year after working together on the ABS-CBN series I Love Betty La Fea from 2008 to 2009.

But the two broke up after a year.

In late 2019, news broke that the former couple was on good terms again.

The talk of their reunion became even hotter when Joem and his former live-in partner Crisha Uy’s divorce surfaced.
