In an episode on her YouTube channel, Maricel said that her spine has arthritis all the way down to her neck.

“My spine, I have arthritis, all the way down to my neck. Then, the first time I experienced it, I was injected in the back,” the veteran actress said.

The pain didn’t subside right away, so she was injected with steroids into her spine.

“So I’m walking with difficulty… then my feet are numb. On top of it, I have a pinched nerve,” she added.

She also shared that her illness is hereditary but is healing.
