According to Ate Guy’s eldest son Lotlot de Leon, their mother left many pieces of advice and instructions to her siblings that really left an impression on them.

“No matter who you talk to, be respectful. Just like her. Her status in life doesn’t matter, everyone is equal to her.

“Whether you are rich or you have money in life or you don’t have money, the same respect is given to everyone,” Lotlot said during a media interview at Ate Guy’s funeral at Heritage Park in Taguig.

Meanwhile, Matet de Leon is heartbroken for her sister Lotlot because of the consecutive deaths of her mother-in-law Pilita Corrales and their mother Nora Aunor.

Lotlot said, “To my siblings, especially my love for Mommy, so that we can convey that it is very beautiful and very well-organized for her.

“It’s the least we can do for her: to give her the best. I can’t do this alone, we help each other as siblings, we all help to make it go smoothly.

“For Mommy, we really want to give the best. That’s why my mommy shows so much love to everyone, she always says, ‘Son, if it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be here either.’

“That’s why she also returns that love to everyone who loves her.

“We, we’re just grateful for everyone who’s here right now, sympathizing, sending their love, showing their support for our family.

“You can see from the number of people how my mommy has touched the lives of each of them, right?” the actress said.

This is Lotlot’s response when asked what she wanted to say to Ate Guy, “Mommy already knows that, she knows that we love her very much.

“So if in the eyes of others our relationship has become messy, which is not true.
