Janine, 35, is the daughter of Lotlot de Leon, Nora’s adopted son, and Ramon Christopher, Pilita’s son.

Pilita passed away on April 12 while in her sleep, according to her daughter Jackie Lou Blanco. Nora followed suit on April 16. Her remains are currently buried at Heritage Park, Taguig City.

Janine paid tribute to her grandmothers on social media. She called Pilita an inspiration, not only because of her music but also for her kindness.
