In a jaw-dropping turn of events, a video involving Carlos Yulo’s mother has gone viral, sparking an emotional wave across social media — and it might just change the way the world sees her, including Carlos himself.

The video, which surfaced late last night, shows never-before-seen moments of struggle, sacrifice, and silent strength from the woman who raised the Philippines’ gymnastics pride. What many thought was just the story of a champion gymnast now reveals something far deeper — the untold journey of a mother who gave everything without ever asking for credit.

Netizens have been left stunned.

“She hid all her pain just to see her son succeed. This isn’t just Carlos’ story anymore — it’s hers too,” one commenter wrote.

The footage, which includes personal testimonies, candid footage from years past, and an emotional letter never delivered to Carlos, has touched thousands. Some even admitted to tearing up, unable to hold back emotion at seeing the raw truth of a mother’s devotion.

As the clip continues to gain traction, many are calling on Carlos to respond. Will this revelation bring them closer? Will he finally see the full weight of his mother’s sacrifices that helped carry him to the world stage?

Supporters and critics alike are urging the young Olympian to watch the video with an open heart. Some even claim this might be the most important thing he’s ever seen in his life.

‘Heal up!’ Carlos Yulo forgives his mother despite what was done to him
Two-time Olympics gold medalist and Filipino pride gymnast Carlos Yulo has spoken out about the issues involving him and his mother, Angelica Yulo.

In a “side of story” with his girlfriend Chloe San Jose uploaded to his social media accounts on Tuesday, August 6, Caloy explained the reason why he and his mother got angry.

Caloy reacted to his mother’s interviews regarding money matters, especially the ones he received. One of these is that his mother did not tell him that she had already received the ₱70k cash incentive for the World Championship 2021, which he said was actually 2022.

Caloy said he knew that he earned 6-digits because he won two medals, but his mother did not tell him this when he returned to the Philippines in December. “I would not have known that he had received my incentives if I had not looked for them,” said Caloy.

Caloy said that he did not receive the aforementioned cash incentives and did not ask for them. He said that it was only his, he wanted to know where the money went, which he had worked hard for.

On the other hand, Carlos clarified that he has forgiven his mother, and he called on them to heal and move on. “My message to you is, heal, move on. I forgave you a long time ago. I pray that you will always be safe and that you are all in good condition,” said Caloy.

“Let’s stop this and just celebrate what I did, the hardships and sacrifices of every athlete here at the Olympics.”

Carlos also thanked his mother when she congratulated him, saying that if it was genuine, he would acknowledge it. He admitted that the hurtful words said against him still flashback to him.

It can be recalled that in the “24 Oras” interview with Angelica, she admitted that she and her son had a misunderstanding when it came to money, and she also admitted that she was angry with her own daughter because of the floating issue that she “stole,” “embezzled,” or “swindled” Caloy’s money.
