The hosts of It’s Showtime have their own reactions to their transfer to GTV because TV5 gave their timeslot to the recently transferred TVJ.

On the other hand, the hosts of It’s Showtime are excited that they will also be seen on GTV, a subsidiary channel of GMA7.

According to Ogie Alcasid and Vhong Navarro, although it was surprising, they are still very grateful that GTV accepted them after their contract with TV5 ended.

“Of course, we are still happy because we have a new home so that we can continue what we started 13 years ago,” said Vhong Navarro.

Ogie Alcasid added, “The bottom line is that the audience is the one we should please. So, in times when we are in doubt, we don’t know where we are going. It’s nice that we now have a new home.”

They also admitted that on June 20, when they learned that they would be moving to GTV, they were really surprised. Vhong Navarro also admitted that he was really nervous when they met and the management revealed that there would be changes to their show.

However, they are still very grateful to TV5 for allegedly welcoming them when they also had no place to stay.

Even Karylle also expressed her thoughts on their move to GTV. She also said that it is good for their show to be seen by a wider audience.
