Legacy ni Ricky Davao: Mas gustong maalala ng publiko bilang 'tao'

MORE than the awards and recognitions he received as an artist, Ricky Davao would rather be remembered by the public as a person.

For four decades, the late actor has proven his versatility in acting, adding to his involvement in directing teleseryes and films.
But according to Ricky’s daughter Ara Davao, the actor wants his legacy in the entertainment industry to be how he loved, appreciated and respected the people he was with during his lifetime.

“Well, of course he is very proud of his awards, movies he has made for over 40 years.“In all mediums, whether on stage, TV, films like he does his best in every role. But I think his legacy was really the person he was,” Ara said in a media interview.

He was always there, the life of the party, happy,’” Ara said.
