Even though Luis lost, they said they felt like they had won because of the welcome they received during the campaign sorties.

“As we traveled around the entire province of Batangas—we got to know all of you better.

“Even though we didn’t win, we feel like we won because of the warmth of your welcome to Luis.”

She also thanked her husband Luis for giving his all during the campaign.

She said that now the people of Batangas have come to know Luis even more.
