A new controversy has rocked social media again!
Boss Toyo, known as an online rescuer and social media icon who helps those in need, was allegedly deceived by the very person he helped – the viral “Imburnal Girl.”

The reason?
The cutter that Imburnal Girl showed in the KMJS interview was a different type of product, compared to the actual product she is now selling on social media!

According to some netizens who bought the product to support Imburnal Girl, the cutter she showed in her viral feature on KMJS was very different from the cutter they received:

“The presentation she made on TV was beautiful, it seemed high-quality. But when it arrived, it was flimsy, it just looked like China surplus.”

The issue heated up even more when Boss Toyo featured the cutter that was sent to him in his vlog. There, he shared that it didn’t seem to be the same as the one shown on TV before.

Boss Toyo: “I was also surprised… This is not what I watched.”

In his video, Boss Toyo was clearly shocked and disappointed. Although he remained calm, he did not hide his confusion:

“If this is really your product, it’s okay. But I wish you had been honest. Because many people believed in you — not just because of your product but because of your story.”

He did not directly say that he was “fooled,” but the tone of his voice conveyed disappointment and confusion.

Sewer Girl, Still Keeping Her Mouth Shut
While the issue continues to erupt, Sewer Girl still has not made an official statement. Her social media accounts are quiet, while netizens’ comments pour in on her previous posts.

“I hope you didn’t break the trust of Boss Toyo and the public.”

“Why didn’t you just clarify that quality is different from mass production?”

“We felt sorry for you before, but why did you feel like you used us?”

Netizen Divide: Is this a scam, or just an honest mistake?

The question now is:

Is there really something wrong with Sewer Girl, or is this just a simple miscommunication in buyers’ expectations?

There are still some who defend her, saying:

“It’s wrong to bash her right away, maybe she’s just starting out.”

Sewer Girl admits to having a vice; Boss Toyo bought cutter blade for P10K

Rosemarie personally confronted Boss Toyo and his wife to sell the cutter blade, which is why she entered the sewer after it fell there. Boss Toyo’s vlog “Pinoy Pawnstar” shows how Imburnal Girl approached him, where she said that the cutter blade she was selling was what she used to trade.

While Boss Toyo was talking to Rosemarie, he noticed cut marks on her wrist, so he asked about it, followed by the question of whether she had any vices. The woman replied, “I have a vice, but not anything…not every day. I used to cut, I haven’t used it yet.”

That’s why Boss Toyo advised her to change and straighten out her life for her family and future children.

“Change, force yourself. You need to change, it’s a waste of what was given to you. It will run out,” was Boss Toyo’s advice, referring to the P80,000 that was given to her in financial assistance by the DSWD.

Meanwhile, Boss Toyo’s first offer price to Rosemarie for the cutter blade was P5,000 but the viral Sewer Girl requested that it be increased to P10,000. Boss Toyo agreed to Rosemarie’s request.

Boss Toyo also made Rosemarie sign the purchased cutter blade, which he said he would put in the museum he was building along with his other collections from famous celebrities.

Meanwhile, because of Rosemarie’s admission of her vice, more and more people are questioning and complaining about the DSWD giving Rosemarie P80,000.

It can be recalled that DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian personally met with Rosemarie to hand over P80,000 financial assistance from the DSWD’s Pag-abot Program that she can use for her dream of a sari-sari store. Because of this, the DSWD received criticism left and right and most of the netizens who commented said that there are many more Filipinos who are more deserving of help than the Imburnal Girl.
