Solis, who has been undergoing dialysis twice a week, shared through an Instagram post that Aquino reached out to offer assistance upon finding out about her condition.

“I can’t love Kris Aquino because she’s always ready to help out when you need her,” Solis wrote.

“She immediately called Alvin to find out what I need and he’ll give it to her,” she said, referring to her aide. “To think that she’s sick and she’s abroad.” Aquino, who has been diagnosed with four autoimmune diseases, is currently in the US for long-term treatment.

“Really even though our relationship is love/hate, Kris Aquino has never forgotten our friendship. Even when I say that Kris has no mean bone, he can be naughty, tactless but he is light and open because he has a kind heart,” Solis said.

In Aquino’s most recent update about her health on Sept. 7, she said she continues to seek treatment for autoimmune conditions.
