Veteran host Luis Manzano couldn’t resist his wife Jessy Mendiola’s questions, including the possibility of him stopping the actress from acting once they have a child.

In Mendiola’s vlog “Questions I’ve Never Asked My Husband”, Manzano fully supports Mendiola in what she wants to do even if they have children.

“Technically, you’re already on a long hiatus from showbiz,” Manzano began.

“Do what you want. You want to do things as you, as a vlogger, as an artist… But I understand that there are things you also have to do as a mother,” he replied. The host also said that he is also ready to balance his time as a father, artist, and businessman when they have their own family.

“So we can do all that without compromising the attention and love that we can give to the children,” he continued.

Mendiola is taking a break from showbiz for the time being and is only busy with vlogging.

She said that she decided not to be active in showbiz for now and that’s what she wants to do if she has children.

Jessy explained that she wants to focus on their future children, such as preparing food and taking them to school.

“That’s really my choice, Howhow isn’t the one who calls the shots or anything. But we talked about if we ever have kids, I really want to be a little more focused. I like to be the one who cooks their food, I’m the one who takes them to school, I’m the one who picks them up,” the actress said.

Last month, after sharing her pregnancy with Manzano, Mendiola admitted that she is ready to have children because she is at a good age to get pregnant.

“I am ready to get pregnant. It is better that I am in my late 20s than in my 30s. I feel like I will bounce back faster,” Mendiola said.

The actress added that she and her husband want to have up to three children before she turns 33.

“So maybe 2 to 3 kids before I turn 33, that’s it. I’m 28 now, so I have five more years,” she said.

Mendiola and Manzano got married at The Farm in San Benito in Batangas last February.
