In the old snaps, Janine could be seen posing and having precious moments with her father, Ramon Christopher, and her paternal grandmother, Pilita Corrales.
Janine likewise penned a short but heartfelt message to her “Mamita” in the on-screen caption of one of her posts.
“Miss you already,” Janine penned accompanied by a white heart emoji.

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mami and mamita, Pilita Corrales.”
“Pilita touched the lives of many, not only with her songs but also with her kindness and generosity. She will be remembered for her contributions to the entertainment industry, but most of all for her love of life and family.”
The Kapamilya actress likewise asked the public to “join us with your prayers and kind thoughts as we celebrate her beautiful life.”
