Let’s now talk about the alleged evidence that Arias Totoy claims to have — evidence that could allegedly put Atong Ang behind bars. This is currently trending, guys, because it’s not every day someone like Arias Totoy would dare speak out and go up against one of the richest businessmen in our country — Charlie “Atong” Ang.

And it looks like Arias Totoy is really holding some very strong evidence. If you think about it, if these pieces of evidence are solid, they could really compel the accused — those alleged masterminds behind the disappearance of the cockfighters — to finally speak the truth. In this video, we’ll see some of the statements and alleged proof Totoy claims to have against Charlie Atong Ang.

We all know that Arias Totoy has long been associated with Atong Ang. If we’re not mistaken, he worked as a manager at Atong Ang’s cockfighting arenas for more than 15 years. In this video, Totoy will talk about what he considers one of his strongest pieces of evidence. Some even say Atong Ang made a huge mistake by crossing Totoy, because that’s how he ended up obtaining such critical evidence.

What is this evidence? Let’s watch the video together, and listen to Totoy’s account of how he managed to hide this from Atong Ang — and why he chose to keep it hidden until now. Because we all know, when it comes to cases like this, you need strong evidence to make your words believable.

In the video, we hear Donon Patidongan, also known as Elias Totoy, facing off with Justice Secretary Boying Remulla. According to Totoy, Remulla was reportedly convinced that there was enough basis for his accusations against Atong Ang. Totoy claims to have evidence relating to the killings of the missing cockfighters — including an SUV allegedly used in the killing of Ricardo “Jun” Lasco.

Totoy says that the same SUV was the one used to transport one of the missing sabungeros they allegedly murdered. Apparently, Totoy had a meeting with DOJ Secretary Remulla. The only problem here in the Philippines is that we can’t be sure if those really responsible for the missing cockfighters will ever be brought to justice — because let’s be honest, Arias Totoy is going up against someone powerful and wealthy.

Totoy even fears that his supposed allies might turn against him if they’re bribed or pressured. Right now, it’s reported that Arias Totoy is in the custody or protection of the Philippine National Police — he’s being watched over by authorities to ensure his safety after his revelations.

In the video, you’ll hear Totoy talk about the evidence he claims to have hidden, which he refers to as his “weapon” against Atong Ang. According to him, even police officers were the ones who took the videos of the victims being garroted by Atong Ang’s men. The issue is, Totoy admits he doesn’t know exactly who committed the murders or where the bodies were dumped in Taal Lake. He only received the videos to report and show them to Atong Ang.

This becomes a weakness in Totoy’s testimony — he wasn’t physically present at the crime scenes. He says his people were on-site, for instance, in Taal, and that they took the videos of the victims being killed, which were then sent to him, and which he, in turn, would show to Atong Ang.

That’s his version of events about the videos. But the problem is, many won’t believe him because of that — because he wasn’t physically there. But there’s one thing that could prove everything — if Totoy can prove that the victims’ bones are still buried under the waters of Taal, then that would strongly support everything he’s saying.

If the Philippine Coast Guard or Navy finds even a few bones, that could validate his story and all his claims, including the videos and other statements. That’s all it would take, right?

Right now, some of what Totoy is saying seems truthful, while others think parts of it might be made up. The burden is on Totoy to back up his claims with hard evidence. He also claims to have another piece of evidence: a voucher that proves money was transferred every time a cockfighter was killed.

“I kept the voucher,” Totoy says. “After every kill, I’d ask Mr. Atong Ang for money. I didn’t submit the voucher to the office. I kept it myself. It has signatures and names, even of a team leader.”

Apparently, the team leaders were paid a lot. After Jun Lasco disappeared, Totoy says the top team leader’s monthly pay jumped to two million pesos. Shocking, right?

This voucher, Totoy says, includes amounts and names — possibly the people who were paid to dispose of the bodies in Taal Lake. He kept and hid this voucher — and it could be one of the strongest pieces of evidence Totoy has to prove his claims.

Do you think this voucher could really help him? Could it strengthen his case against Atong Ang and others involved? Supposedly, this voucher shows that they were dumping bodies in Taal, and that payments were made for those activities.

Totoy said he decided to expose everything after Atong Ang allegedly threatened his family, and even planned to have him killed. He couldn’t leave right away, he said, out of fear that Atong Ang would catch on.

That explains why he didn’t go into hiding sooner — even though he could’ve. Maybe that’s also why he chose to speak out: because he couldn’t hide properly, and feared Atong Ang might find out.

Let’s hear his statement here:

“He played me. So I played him too. I needed to get something real — straight from his own mouth. One time, he didn’t realize I was beside my friend — we’re all compadres — and the phone was on speaker. He told the person on the line: ‘There’s no one I haven’t had killed yet.’ And I was right there. That’s when I really started thinking.”

That was the voice of Julie Patidongan, a.k.a. Totoy. Chilling, right?

“No one I haven’t had killed yet.” And yet, Totoy is still alive — for now. But there’s growing concern that one day we’ll hear the news that he’s disappeared or been killed.

Let’s hope not — at least not until this case is fully resolved, and we find out who the real mastermind is, and who is truly responsible.

Only the court can confirm that now, guys. That’s all we’re waiting for — the final ruling from the Supreme Court or whichever court is handling the case.
