However, Paul Salas had long been rumored to be a womanizer—an issue he had previously denied, and one that Mikey chose to overlook as she wholeheartedly accepted him. Despite negative rumors, they stood strong and proved the resilience of their relationship.

Things took a shocking turn, though, when Mikey Quintos emotionally confirmed their breakup in an interview with the “King of Talk,” Boy Abunda. Mikey was visibly emotional during the confession and admitted she had thought long and hard about whether or not to share the truth, especially for the sake of their fans. Mikey revealed that the other woman was allegedly Barbie Imperial, who is known to be Paul Salas’s ex-girlfriend. Though their previous relationship lasted only a year and ended, Mikey said that Paul and Barbie had never truly cut ties and were secretly seeing each other again. She discovered a series of sweet text messages exchanged between them—and what hurt most was finding photos of Paul and Barbie together.

As of now, neither Paul Salas nor Barbie Imperial has released a statement in response to Mikey’s claims.
