As time goes by, Chris Aquino’s illness continues to worsen. While Chris keeps fighting her condition, her fans and loved ones continue to pray for her. After Chris was rushed to the hospital, many felt saddened by what she is going through—especially her son, Bimby.

Bimby will not be able to see his mother for now. The “Queen of All Media,” Chris Aquino, has once again given an update on her health condition, particularly about her autoimmune diseases. Through her Instagram account, Chris posted a video showing her undergoing a medical check-up at the hospital with her son Bimby by her side.

According to the award-winning TV host and actress, she will undergo preventive isolation for the next six months to closely monitor the results of her ongoing treatments.

“On purpose, I didn’t upload for a long time. I have to admit, if I told you what was happening, some of you may stop praying because my autoimmune diseases were increasing in number and my life-threatening ailments forced me to make a brave choice.
Trust me, it’s difficult to accept every night when I sleep that there may be no tomorrow for me,” Chris shared.

She continued:

“During my almost two-month stay in this private property owned by a kind and generous family—who want me to regain my health and strengthen my faith in God’s merciful healing power—I came to a decision. In 6 days, I will undergo another 6 to 8-hour infusion session, one of the strongest autoimmune immunosuppressants. Together with two other treatments—one taken daily and another given via injection—it will totally wipe out my immunity. I will be in preventive isolation.”

As for those asking about her sons Joshua and Bimby, Chris responded:

“Where is Kuya? Since the deaths of his Lola Cory, Lola P, and Tito Noy, he has often been attached to my IV drip. Kuya is traumatized, visibly shaken, repeating, ‘Mama, get well, I love you.’ For now, he’s living with my genuinely super-loved cousin.
Bimby, now 18, has sacrificed much to take care of me. He is heaven’s gift—my optimistic young adult who reminds me I should never surrender.”

Chris added that after a few more scheduled tests and treatments, and once she begins recuperation, she and Bimby are ready to reveal everything for the first time.

“Please continue praying. I really, really need it,” she pleaded.

If Chris Aquino’s isolation continues, Bimby will not be able to see his mother for the time being.
