On a Facebook page post, Jen Morera—who is known to be a long-time fan and former caretaker of the superstar—shared a video. In the clip, Jen can be seen dancing lightly on a piece of land said to belong to the late superstar. Many people, however, are skeptical and do not believe the land truly belongs to Nora Aunor. Some have even accused Jen of using it merely for her personal vlog content.

Jen clarified that the video was not made for vlogging purposes. She shared it to prove that the rumors denying Nora Aunor’s ownership of several hectares of land were false. She also addressed previous claims that the land had been offered to Chavit Singson for sale. Jen explained that the land couldn’t simply be sold to anyone—it was only offered to a billionaire like Chavit because they believed he could afford it. However, according to her, Chavit didn’t really need such a large piece of land and instead helped Nora Aunor by covering some of her hospitalization expenses—a claim later denied by Nora’s fans, saying Chavit wasn’t the one who paid.

Regardless, some netizens reacted to the video, especially after hearing that the land in question spans around 64 hectares, according to fans who are very familiar with the late actress and her properties. These fans had often been close companions of Nora Aunor, also known as Ate Guy.

Several netizens commented that at least Nora’s children, especially her biological son Ian de Leon, will have something to inherit. Many are hopeful that this large estate will be preserved and developed, not sold. They encouraged the siblings to work together and use the land to support their lives—acknowledging that a career in showbiz doesn’t last forever and financial stability depends on how well one manages their resources.

They even suggested farming and rice cultivation, saying that with so much land, the superstar’s children will never run out of rice. As of now, it hasn’t been officially confirmed whether the land truly belongs to Nora Aunor, but Jen has shown that the property title is under the superstar’s name.

According to the law, that would mean the property will indeed be inherited by her children. For now, Jen Morera has not shared further updates. The purpose of their visit to the land, she said, was simply to show the public—especially the doubters—that Nora Aunor did, in fact, leave behind substantial wealth for her children
