1. Katherine Luna

Katherine Luna is a seasoned actress, especially known for indie films. She was one of the women linked to Coco. Reports say Coco got involved in a controversy with Katherine when she was allegedly impregnated by him after they worked together on the 2005 indie film Masahista. Coco said that when the child was born, he took responsibility and supported the child until the kid turned seven. He claimed he wanted to care for the child full-time.

However, in a 2016 exclusive interview on The Buzz, Coco revealed the truth: he was not the biological father. After telling his manager about his intent to gain legal custody, he was advised to get a DNA test, which came back negative. Even so, Coco expressed that he still wanted to care for the child. He also clarified that he and Katherine were never in a romantic relationship nor did they live together—they just worked on several films.

2. Mercedes Cabral

The 36-year-old actress was also linked to Coco. They first worked together in the 2008 indie film Service. However, Mercedes clarified multiple times over the years that she never had a romantic relationship with Coco. She considered him a close friend and one of her first buddies in the industry. She emphasized, “Work is work,” and never allowed any misinterpretation.

3. Kris Aquino

The 52-year-old television host and actress was rumored to be linked to Coco around 2010 when he did the film Noy, which followed the story of a reporter trailing President Noynoy Aquino. In 2012, rumors even surfaced that Kris was pregnant with Coco’s child—a claim never confirmed. Many believed Coco was the “prince of local indie films” being referenced at the time.

4. Erich Gonzales

The 32-year-old actress was also linked to Coco. After working together in Noy, Coco admitted having a crush on her. There were rumors that he courted her, but Erich said he never did—he respected her decision to focus on work and not pursue a relationship. Coco, in an interview, said he wasn’t rejected per se, but when he sensed hesitation, he backed off.

5. Angeline Quinto

Now 33, Angeline, an actress and singer, confessed in a 2017 Tonight with Boy Abunda interview that she fell in love with Coco. They were first linked after working together in the 2012 film Born to Love You, which featured a kissing scene that was reportedly Angeline’s first both on and off screen. She said she had a long-time crush on Coco and wished to be in a relationship with him.

6. Maja Salvador

Maja, now 34, admitted she cried when asked about the rumored fight between her then-boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli and Coco Martin during the Star Magic Ball. Matteo was allegedly jealous of Coco, who was Maja’s co-star in their 2011 teleserye. The incident reportedly escalated when Matteo saw Coco kiss Maja on the cheek. Though Maja denied that was the cause, their respective managers later confirmed that Coco and Matteo had resolved their misunderstanding. Coco also denied courting Maja and said he was focused on work. At that time, he admitted he had a “special someone” outside the industry.

The 26-year-old actress and vlogger admitted to having a crush on Coco when she joined Ang Probinsyano. In a Tonight with Boy Abunda interview, she gushed over how handsome and kind Coco was. While fans noticed their chemistry, Ivana clarified they never dated, and they were only linked because of their on-screen interactions.

8. Julia Montes

Now 28, Julia is perhaps the most strongly linked woman to Coco Martin. They first worked together in the 2012 teleserye Walang Hanggan, which ran for 10 months and was followed by multiple projects including A Moment in Time, where they shared a kissing scene. Julia said it was her first kiss on and off screen. They were also in Ikaw Lamang and Yamashita’s Treasure (Once Upon a Time series).

In their last known project together, rumors of dating surfaced, especially after Julia disappeared from showbiz in 2017 and was rumored to have gone to Germany due to pregnancy. While no confirmation was ever made, many fans continue to speculate about their relationship.

9. Yassi Pressman

The 27-year-old Fil-British actress was rumored to be part of a love triangle with Coco and Julia Montes, due to her chemistry with Coco in Ang Probinsyano. Fans were thrilled with their on-screen partnership. When asked about the rumors in an interview, Yassi deflected, saying:
