“Now hiring a personal assistant who can read my mind, organize my chaos, and remind me where I left my coffee and my schedule. Must be 10 steps ahead, stylishly sharp, and allergic to ‘I forgot.’ If that’s you, slide into the inbox. Applications open, excuses closed.”
Sofia also included her email address in the post where interested applicants could send their resumes. Knowing that her announcement had gone viral, Sofia responded to criticism and mockery with a lighthearted attitude.
In one of her Instagram stories, she said:
“Grabe uy, no sense of humor. Chill ra.”
She added: “I’m a mom and I keep forgetting things. Don’t bother me.”
Sofia even shared netizens’ suggestions that Rudy Baldwin, a popular psychic, would be the perfect PA for her, especially since she wants someone who can “read her mind.” One comment jokingly predicted that “the whole Philippines” would say the same thing.
Sofia also posted some resumes she received. One message read:
“Okay, this will do. Hi Sofia, hope you’re doing well. Please find my resume attached for your consideration. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.”
Another said humorously:
“Send help. Your PA gossip partner – you’re still planning it, I’ve already done it.”
Sofia responded:
“I think you made it to the next round!”
However, not all reactions were supportive. Some netizens criticized her, claiming:
“There’s a reason she’s rich — she’s arrogant. It’s just her boyfriend who’s wealthy. She just wants attention.”
