Those who spread fake news just won’t leave the Queen of All Media, Kris Aquino, alone. Once again, she’s being targeted with rumors that she has given up and passed away due to her illness.

Thankfully, Kris’s friend Dindo Balares came to her defense, refuting these false claims. In a recent Instagram post, he updated everyone on the TV host-actress’s current condition and confirmed that his friend is very much alive.

According to him, many are once again worried about Kris’s health because fake news is being spread that she has died. In fact, an international journalist friend of his even contacted him to verify if what’s circulating on social media is true.

“Kris Aquino is currently living at the beach. That’s the latest update for those who love her, care for her, and continue to pray for her health. Many people are worried again because those who spread fake news about Kris’s condition just never stop. One of my journalist friends, who works for international news, even asked me if what he saw online was true,” he wrote.

“I saw someone on Facebook quoting Kris Aquino saying ‘I’m in critical condition.’ Then another post said, ‘She stopped fighting. Is she in a coma?’ If a veteran journalist friend of mine almost believed the fake news, how much more the average netizen? Kris had actually chosen to stay quiet, but some people take advantage of the silence to spread fake stories when there’s no update about her.”

He stressed the need to post the truth: “Only the truth can fight fake news and lies. Kris is living and will be staying for a long time at a private beach. ‘I am staying here until my tolerance trial,’ she told me last week. ‘Kuya Dindo, I am breathing and sleeping well. My BP is behaving,’ she messaged me last night.”

“Once again, thank you so much to everyone who continues to care for and love Chissy,” Dindo posted on his IG account.

After several years of battling multiple autoimmune diseases, Kris Aquino chose to live in a private home by the sea in hopes of achieving a more peaceful life and improving her health.

According to reports, Kris is currently residing in a private beach property. During her stay there, she shared that her breathing and sleep have improved significantly—something that greatly helps her condition. In a social media post, Kris expressed her gratitude to friends and supporters, and mentioned that it has long been her dream to live near the sea because of its positive effect on her health.

This decision is part of her continued effort to focus on healing amidst her fight against nine autoimmune diseases. Despite the hardships, Kris continues to show strength and is thankful for the unwavering support of her fans.

Regarding Miss Kris Aquino, many of you have been asking me to help her. Believe it or not, I really do want to help her. But there are many things to consider before I can do so. It’s not as simple as someone just requesting or saying “please help this person” and I can just intervene.

First of all, she is not asking for help. I cannot interfere with anyone’s life without their consent, especially if the person themselves is not reaching out. Second, there are things I still need to know about them personally. And third—and most importantly—it is more appropriate if it is personal and direct.

So, to those who message me with requests like “read me” or “I want to know what’s wrong with me,” or even ask me to find their missing dog or cat through text or vague messages—please understand that I don’t know you personally. Even Superman wouldn’t be able to do that just from a few words.

There are many things that must be considered and prepared before doing that kind of help. First and foremost is prayer, asking permission from spiritual guides. We must not act hastily. Respect is needed. The abilities of people like me, and my students who are learning these things, come with great responsibility.

I always teach my students—especially the gifted ones who learn quickly—to always ask for permission, to maintain pure thoughts, to pray sincerely for the person they wish to help. One cannot simply use their ability in astral travel or remote viewing without asking for permission from the person involved, seeking guidance from spiritual guardians, and praying for Divine guidance.

Because at the end of the day, the only one who truly has the power to heal someone is God in heaven. Only He has that right. Sometimes, illness is meant to happen, and no matter how much others want to help, they cannot override what is divinely planned.

But for Miss Kris Aquino and others like her, I always pray. I always pray for them. I pray for all my patients. And I pray for Miss Kris because I know how difficult it is. I’ve had many patients with autoimmune conditions, and I know how hard they are to treat.

Miss Kris Aquino is still very young to be going through all of this. Thankfully, God blessed her with the means to afford the best medical care. In some way, her situation is still balanced and manageable.

I will continue praying for her. That is what I can truly offer. So to those who want to help—please, just pray for her. I’m sorry if I can’t help her in the way you want me to. Prayers for Miss Kris Aquino—that’s what I can give. Don’t worry—I’ll do my best to offer even more prayers to help her healing.
