In a report by ABS-CBN News on Monday, July 8, Shaina looked back at the TV series “Lobo” where she and Piolo first worked together.

“We worked together when I was 17 in ‘Lobo.’ He was the first, he was my first love scene, he was my first kissing scene. So it was my first ever mature role,” Shaina said.

After ‘Lobo,’ the two went their separate ways in the world of showbiz. They only worked together again in Erik Matti’s “On The Job” and in a film by award-winning director Lav Diaz.

And now that they are back together in “Pamilya Sagrado,” it seems that the differences that developed between them have taken on another branch.

“I guess, our friendship has branched out again. Because, we haven’t explored the showbiz side. But, now, we can say that, okay, we’ve worked together a bit,” he said.
