Kobe Paras has unfollowed his rumored girlfriend Ryle Tom Akin after the young woman publicly revealed that they are just friends. Was Kobe offended?

It seems Kobe was disappointed with Ryle Tom Akin’s official statement during a recent interview with ABS-CBN regarding the real status of her love life. Ryle admitted that she is still single, despite the public photos of her and Kobe vacationing together in Bali, Indonesia—where they were even seen holding hands. She said that the rumors spreading online are false, and emphasized that she and Kobe are just friends. She also denied being the third party in the breakup between Kyne and Kobe.

In fact, she claimed that she doesn’t even know who Kyne is, as she grew up in Dubai and mostly watched Cartoon Network as a child. She added that she’s not familiar with showbiz and only recently heard Kyne’s name after getting dragged into the breakup issue.

Kobe, however, seemingly didn’t appreciate Ryle’s statements denying their real relationship. As a result, he unfollowed her—showing his apparent disappointment and frustration, feeling as though she was embarrassed to be associated with him.

According to reports, this may be why Kobe is now in “sentimode” and seems to be hoping to reconcile with Kyne. However, it’s unlikely she’ll take him back due to everything that happened, which deeply hurt the actress.

Meanwhile, Kobe seems to have lost a lot ever since he and Kyne broke up. Sources claim he lost all his endorsement deals due to the controversies he got involved in. According to someone close to Kyne who is reportedly affiliated with GMA Network, Kobe messed with the wrong person, especially because of how he allegedly cheated on Kyne. Kyne is one of GMA’s prized talents whose career is carefully managed and protected.
