After Luis Manzano’s loss in the recent elections where he ran for Vice Governor of Batangas, news about his hospitalization suddenly broke out. According to a source, this was due to a serious illness Luis had been secretly battling for several years. Even his wife, Jessy Mendiola, reportedly had no idea about the grave condition her husband was enduring.
