A new generation of young billionaires is rising, and many of them are already managing properties, trust funds, and businesses while in their 20s and early 30s. This list is arranged from youngest to oldest based on their age as of January 2024.

Each person listed has assets exceeding $17 million, roughly $960 million pesos, in their own names, even if their parents are still alive or active in business. Their wealth often includes properties, bank accounts, and trust funds already placed under their name. One, Rokio Zobel. Rokio is the youngest daughter of Enigo and Maricus Zobel, part of the powerful Zobel deala clan behind the Ayala group, one of the country’s biggest business empires.

Even at 22, she holds assets that qualify her as a billionaire thanks to strategic property allocations and trust funds under her name. Two, Jimmy Pacquiao. The eldest son of boxing legend and politician Manny Pacquiao. Jimule is no stranger to the spotlight. While he’s known for his interests in acting and boxing, much of his wealth comes from the Pacquiao family’s extensive assets, including real estate and businesses, some of which are already listed under his name. Three, Glenda Dela Cruz.

Unlike most on this list, Glenda is a self-made billionaire. She’s the CEO of a highly successful beauty and skincare brand that has grown rapidly in the local and international markets. Her business acumen and influence in the beauty industry have earned her billionaire status before hitting 30. Four. Daniel Miranda, 28.

Daniel is known publicly as the partner of actress Sophia Andres, but behind the scenes, he’s the heir to a wealthy lineage. He is the son of Angelique Lulier and is part of the Miranda Lulier family who have deep business roots in Cebu and beyond. Five. Dominique Kowano, the daughter of socialite Gretchen Barto and business tycoon Tony Boy Kowano.

Dominique is an ays with her own fashion ventures. She studied design abroad and is currently exploring fashion entrepreneurship all while being part of one of the Philippines wealthiest families. Six. Prince Hassan Kiko Bulkia. Prince Hassan is the son of Aayen Mongji Laurel and is a royal descendant, the 22nd in line to the throne of Brunai.

Though he’s based in the Philippines, he belongs to the Brunian royal family and holds wealth and properties that elevate him to billionaire status. Seven. Mila Romero. Milka is the daughter of businessman and politician Mikey Romero. Once named the richest congressman in Philippine history, Milka herself has been active in sports management and hospitality ventures, managing large assets in her own name. Eight.

Casey Bulkia del Rosario. Casey is the daughter of Prince Jeffrey Bulkia of Brunai and Filipina Evangelene Teodoro del Rosario. As a royal descendant from one of the world’s wealthiest monarchies, Casey holds a mix of inherited and directly owned wealth. Nine. Jaime Alonso Zobel de Ayala. Jaime Alonso is the son of Jaime Antonio Zobel Ayala, a prominent figure in the Ayala group.

Following in the footsteps of his influential family, he is now involved in business and corporate affairs within the Ayala group and holds significant assets in his own name. 10. Nicole Casen. Nicole is the daughter of Teresa Saikasan, currently the richest woman in the Philippines and a key figure in the SM group. Nicole is known for her creative pursuits in the arts, but also manages investments and properties, making her one of the wealthiest young women in the country today.
