A Shocking Revelation, Idols

There has been a shocking revelation, dear idols. The family of Joyce has discovered something they find hard to believe—that the mother of the three children was the one who set them on fire and then also set herself on fire. This is something the family absolutely refuses to believe.

According to stories from neighbors who helped the victims, the children were reportedly rushed to the hospital. And what’s even more shocking, according to those who helped, is that Joyce’s eldest child allegedly spoke and said that it was their mother who set them on fire.

However, Joyce’s sibling has a strong gut feeling and suspicion that this isn’t true. The family of Joyce finds it unbelievable. They question how a child—so badly burned—could clearly say that gasoline was poured on them and that it was their own mother who burned them. The child was severely burned—how could they even speak?

The family strongly doubts this. “They said my mommy poured gas on us and lit the fire,” the child supposedly said. But the child was already burned—how could they still talk?

This is the core of the family’s doubt. They find it hard to understand how a child who was already gravely burned could still speak, and then even accuse their own mother of setting the fire. For me, idols, it’s also truly puzzling—how could a dying, burned child still speak?

Because of this, Joyce’s mother and siblings are now calling for a thorough investigation. The program Raffy Tulfo in Action also echoed this call, saying the case needs to be investigated more deeply, because something doesn’t seem right.

Joyce’s mother firmly believes that her daughter could never do something so horrific. And if, for argument’s sake, Joyce did do this, her mother believes there must be a very deep reason. She claims that in Joyce’s final days, her daughter confided to her that her mother-in-law and husband were taking her ATM card, rice, and groceries—possibly triggering Joyce’s anger.

“They’re painting my daughter as the killer, but I don’t believe it,” her mother said. “That’s why I came to you, sir, to seek justice for my three grandchildren. My daughter couldn’t have done this unless there was a deep reason.”

“She was being ganged up on,” she added. “She even filed a blotter report about her mother-in-law taking her groceries, rice, and ATM card. There was a reason behind her anger.”

It turns out Joyce even filed another complaint at 3:00 AM that same day with the barangay chairman in Sta. Ana regarding her mother-in-law.

With everything happening, even Raffy Tulfo in Action believes there’s something unbelievable about the situation. That’s why they are also pushing for a deeper investigation. After all, it’s not easy to believe that a mother would set her three children on fire without a profound reason.

Under normal circumstances, a mother would never kill her own children. That’s why we need answers—why did Joyce do what she allegedly did?

Even Joyce’s husband says he still can’t believe that his own wife would do such a thing. “I’m struggling to accept this,” he said. The police are now advising the mother-in-law to try to endure the situation as well, because even the husband is still trying to come to terms with everything.

“I hope you understand,” the husband said. “I’m trying to stay strong. I’m a father too—I lost three children and my wife. The most painful part is that it was my own wife who allegedly killed our kids. But I’m keeping quiet. I’m not making a scene because I want to protect both sides of our family’s reputation. But you couldn’t control yourself. I hope people respect me. Don’t judge without knowing the truth. It’s painful for my side of the family to be called such things. Losing your children and spouse isn’t a joke.”

At this point, though, idols, we can hear something a bit off in the police’s statement—as if he’s subtly threatening Joyce’s mother-in-law. He seems to be saying that she should think carefully about every move she makes.

But can you really blame Joyce’s mother? She’s a grieving mother who is simply seeking justice and the truth. She wants a proper investigation into what really happened to her daughter and grandchildren. She firmly believes her daughter couldn’t have done it—unless she was driven to the edge.

“I hope you think carefully about what you do,” said Joyce’s mother-in-law. “I respect you. You are the parents of my husband. You know how much I love your son. But you abandoned my daughter and brought her somewhere with no proper medical care. If I may ask you, idols, do you believe that a badly burned child could still speak—and say that their own mother set them on fire?”

And what’s even more puzzling, idols, is that investigators quickly believed the statement that came from those who only helped transport the children. There’s no concrete evidence or thorough forensic investigation to prove that the burned child really spoke.

Barangay Captain: “We just want to verify—was it really Kimwell who gave the statement? Was he the one the authorities talked to?”

Official: “Actually, the police didn’t speak to Kimwell. It was the people who brought him to the hospital. They were the ones who asked, and he allegedly said it was his mother who set them on fire.”

“Those were the words? ‘My mom burned us’? Something like that?”

“Yes, ma’am. That’s what they claim.”

“During the trip to the hospital, they say the child said they were doused in gasoline. Probably he meant thinner, but he said gasoline.”

“They said: ‘My mommy poured gasoline on us and lit us on fire.’”

But again—how could a burned child still speak?

So now, we ask you, idols:
Do you believe that Joyce’s son Kim Espero was able to speak even though he was severely burned and dying—and said it was his mother who burned them?
Do you believe in this version of events?
