Stand-up comedian/TV host Donita Nose has denied the news that Willie Revillame has fired all his co-hosts from Wowowin.

Donita is one of Willie’s co-hosts on this GMA Network variety-game show that airs every Monday to Friday, before 24 Oras.

The program’s other regular co-hosts are Ariella Arida, Ashley Ortega, Sugar Mercado, and newcomer comedian Verna.

On Monday night, October 23, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) received information from a showbiz insider that Willie has fired all his co-hosts from Wowowin.

The removal of all the co-hosts, according to the source, was rooted in an incident that occurred during the taping on Tuesday, October 17.

During the segment “Willie of Fortune,” while Willie was speaking in the front, he noticed his co-hosts in the back whispering.

The source said, “He thought he was being whispered, he was panicking.

“He thought he was the topic behind, he was paranoid.

“Verna was the first to whisper, then Sugar followed.”

The next day, October 18, Willie reportedly removed all his co-hosts.

According to the source, the program taped on Thursday, October 19, and Saturday, October 21, without Willie’s co-hosts. SOURCE NUMBER TWO To find out if the information we received was true, PEP.ph spoke to another source directly involved with Wowowin.

The source agreed to be interviewed on the condition that we not name him.

He confirmed that Willie was angry with his co-hosts, specifically Verna and Sugar.

The second source said, “What… he was angry.

“Because, during taping, while Kuya was spieling with the audience, explaining something, the co-hosts were behind him, as if they were talking or talking to someone.

“He first criticized Verna, his new co-host who is a comedian.

“He said, ‘What are you saying? If you want to say something, use the mic, not the one where you talk without a mic.’

“He got annoyed with that.

“Then, the same day, he caught Sugar talking to the audience as if he was talking to someone.

“So, he seemed annoyed, he was insulted.

“He got angry, he ended the taping early, because he seemed to have been insulted.

“Because he wants it to be just him, because he’s a bit sensitive, so what if he’s [just]…

“But nothing… nothing.”

Donita Rose also clarified the story that the Wowowin co-hosts are allegedly hiding, which angered Willie.

Donita stated, “Oh, no… nothing. Yes… no, nothing.
