In an interview, Alynna Velasquez made this revelation.

ALYNNA VELASQUEZ – The actress-singer revealed that most of Hajji Alejandro’s family doesn’t like her, and here’s her message for them.

Hajji Alejandro’s girlfriend for 27 years until he died was Alynna Velasquez. To recall, Hajji died last April at the age of 70 due to stage 4 colon cancer and the loyal fans of the OPM icon know him for his title then, “Kilabot ng Kolehiyala.”

In a previous article, Alynna shared she was not able to go to his wake, but did not disclose the real reason behind it. What she did instead was visit his star at the Eastwood City Walk of Fame.

Weeks after his death, she decided to return to singing, and during her I’m Feeling Sexy Tonight concert on May 14, and was emotional when she sang the “Tag-araw, Tag-ulan” song of her late partner.

In an interview, she expressed that she still could not believe that he was gone, and in the same setup, she shared that half of his family did not like her. She shared, “Half of the family, hindi talaga ako gusto. Lalo na nung naging critical si Hajji. I think, I know why.”

She did not mention names but she clarified that Hajji’s children, Ali and Rachel, were not among those who hate her. They actually reached out to her, and she appreciated them because of this.

The singer-actress is aware of what those who hate her think about her – that she’s after Hajji’s money. But for her, this isn’t the case as she said, “Of all people, ako lang ang walang interes sa pera niya. Kasi yun ang iniisip ng ibang members, e. Kaya pinagtatanggal sa akin… sabi ko, ang babaw naman ng pagtingin nila sa akin.”

In a message to them, she expressed that they would probably like her under different circumstances. However, she was, and before he passed away, she promised him that she would reach out to his family, but she feels like anytime soon is not the time to do it yet.
