I hired a young, pretty, and hardworking maid who cleaned the room every day, but on my son’s wedding day, she suddenly rushed over, knelt down, and confessed a shocking truth that caused chaos in the entire wedding hall. It turned out…

The day I hired a new maid, everyone nodded in praise. She was young, had a bright face, and was skillful and capable. My house was always spotless, and the food was delicious. Many times, relatives came to visit and joked that I was “lucky to have met a maid who was both kind and talented.”

For years, I treated her like family. My son also loved her and praised her, “Mom, you found a treasure.”

Then the big day came – my son’s wedding. The whole family was busy, there were many guests, the music was bustling, the congratulations were loud. I was in a state of joy when suddenly, while the bride and groom were preparing for the ceremony, the maid  rushed straight to the stage, knelt down in front of my son and choked out a sentence that made the whole hall fall silent :

“He… is my son!”

A loud murmur arose. My legs went weak, my heart felt like it was falling out of my chest. The guests were stunned. My son stood there frozen, the bride fell to her knees in shock.

The maid continued, her eyes filled with tears:

“Many years ago, I accidentally gave birth to a child, and because I could not afford to raise him, I had to send him to an orphanage. I thought my child was lost forever… Unexpectedly, my grandparents adopted him and I… accidentally became a maid in the house where my biological child grew up.”

I turned pale, every word was like a knife stabbing into my heart. The entire hall was in chaos, the chatter was endless.

But the shock did not stop there. In the midst of the chaos, my father-in-law – who had been silent until now – suddenly stood up, pointed at the maid and said each word:

“You haven’t finished yet! That child is not only yours… but also my own flesh and blood!”

The scream was like thunder in the clear sky. Everyone was stunned. I fell to my knees, not believing my ears. It turned out that the secret that had been hidden for so many years was revealed on my son’s wedding day…

The whole hall fell silent. Spoons and cups clattered to the ground. Eyes of horror and bewilderment turned to the stage.

The bride trembled and clung to her dress, her face pale. My son was like a lost soul, his eyes looking blankly at the maid, then at his grandfather – who had just been killed.

The maid burst into tears and knelt down on the floor:

I shivered, my whole body was cold.

The scene was chaotic, with screams and cries mixed together. I shouted, my voice tearing through the air:
